At Bank BUG, we take delivery very seriously; we demand our products reach you in the same condition they left us. The only way we can guarantee this, is to use industry-leading carrier services. Our next working day service is added to orders (where applicable) at a cost of £4.95 (Mainland UK only (Excluding Isle of Wight)) up to 30kg. This ensures prompt delivery and gives us total peace of mind knowing your items are GUARANTEED to reach you safely and undamaged. We offer next working day delivery on all orders placed before midday*. We would like to point out; this is a non-profit delivery charge and includes packaging.

Returns.

If you are unhappy with any item we will gladly exchange unsuitable or unwanted products, as long as they have not been used and are returned in their original condition and packaging, the goods need to be returned within 14-days after purchase date. Under these circumstances, return postage will be met by the customer. If we have sent incorrect goods, we will deal with the problem as fast as possible.
